Bob and Ellen Gutermuth are exercising for their hearts and their brains. In addition to fun,exercise increases endorphins, dopamine, adrenaline and endocannabinoid. All these chemicals in the brain are associated with feeling good, confident, capable , less anxious and depressed.

Exercise strengthens our physical bodies so we feel empowered and optimistic.
