New Dementia Care Program, GEMMS

Briar Creek Health Center at The Barclay is in the early stages of introducing its new Dementia Care Program. GEMMS is the name of this program. This program is for the senior living community. The acronym GEMMS, stands for Genuine, Engaging and Meaningful Memory Support. It is Liberty Senior Living’s newest program. It caters towards memory support residents in its communities.
