Executive Director, Judi Donovan has retired! She is off to enjoy living in the beautiful mountains, keeping bees, playing golf, and enjoying some much deserved relaxation with her husband, Tom. We wish her nothing but the best!
The table is set! Did you know our residents are able to book their own private parties in our amenity spaces? 4 couples gathered for a formal dinner date in our lovely private dining room. We often host bridge groups and book clubs for their meetings as well.
Residents celebrated the Kentucky Derby by making their own hats, drinking mint juleps, and watching the history-making horse race!
Briar Creek team attended the Charlotte Nursing Banquet for Nurses Week! Special thanks to Gunnar, a Briar Creek Sales Associate. What a great job preparing our display. In addition, Thank you to Lurline Rogers for making these beautiful baskets. Baskets at the banquet will be raffled off to different nurses.

We are so proud to partner with Southern Luxe Community Salons. It allows us to offer a variety of hair and nail services in our on-site spa. Yesterday we hosted an open house to help introduce Rachel and Leah with Southern Luxe to our awesome residents!
Barclay guests got in on March Madness by touring with us in March. They walked away with a tailgate box to-go, complete with traditional tailgate fare prepared by our culinary team.
